Steve, Preston, and the team were amazing. The mini had a turtle problem when it arrived, now it’s cheetah like. They were fair and clear about what I needed and what could be addressed at a later date. Very pleased with the work and highly recommended.

It’s simple really, you get what you pay for. I trust Steve and his team because they’ve earned it over the years servicing my cars. Are there cheaper mechanics? Sure. But do you pick the cheapest doctor to fix your body? Probably not. You want the best. The cool thing here is they are reasonable with their costs and always give you options. This company and staff are AMAZING! Customer service is outstanding! You are greeted with a smile as you walk in the door. You have a Service Advisor keeping you abreast of your car’s progress. The mechanic performs a complete overview of your car, to include a walk-around, to indicate ANY noted issues., with pictures. Once your car is completed, you are then attended to, by the Service Advisor. Follow-up after you’ve had an opportunity to drive your car. Personal: Most of all, I was impressed by the diligence of finding a “rare” part for my car, and at such a reasonable price. *rare because BMW has discontinued manufacturing of older car parts. I drove from Montgomery County, MD for this, and I am SUPER impressed!

Dropped off my X5 because of issues it was having with a factory installed dinantronics sport tuner. BimmerWorks removed the tuner which solved the issue. At my request they attempted a flash tune from Dinan that failed and locked the DME. Everything was handled professionally and with care. The end result was a new DME from BMW which was at great expense to the shop. The car is 10 years old with over 130k miles and is running flawlessly after the work they performed. I will be back for the stage 1 Dinan tune with 100% faith that the outcome will be excellent. All this was handled while my wife and I enjoyed a clean, comfortable loaner nicer than the car we dropped off. Honestly the best BMW repair shop I could have asked for and I will take all my BMWs here without hesitation. I even plan to take them to this shop after moving 5 hours away. It’s that good, and as many BMW owners will tell you, it is imperative to have a good place to repair/maintain our beloved brand!

I brought this 2017 X-5 in with a diesel issue, and they diagnosed it thoroughly and replaced two sensors which then allowed a clearing and reset of the computer system. First time using them but was impressed, so I’m sure I’ll be bringing it back to them for future repairs.

I recently purchased a 2002 BMW Z3M coupe from an auction. Bimmerworks took delivery of the car went over it and made excellent suggestions to bring the car from excellent to superb. Excellent shop. Was referred by family and friends. Very professional and very thorough. They have a really detailed estimate and diagnostic report. The owner personally talked to me about everything he put in his diagnostic report. They fixed my alignment and I will definitely be going back. If you have a performance suspension, their alignment rack and software are the best I’ve found in West Chester, PA.

Great work by Steve and team. I have a 2013 5 series and had an issue with turbocharger. Also a list of things to be replaced along with it. When I approached Steve, he spent a decent time explaining me on what the issue is and also prioritized things that needs to be taken care now and the other things in phases. When you talk to him, you will realize he is customer focused and passionate about his job. Fortunate I went to him. And his whole team is awesome! I paid Bimmerworks a fair price for a pre purchase inspection on my F36 440i and I received a comprehensively detailed report of the condition of the vehicle in a clear, organized format. After the inspection was done, Greg from Bimmerworks gave me a call, and we discussed the severity of the issues that came up at length. Greg was not only extremely informative and knowledgeable on the nuances of the vehicle, but he was also very pleasant to speak with, and seemed like a nice guy. I would go out of my way to take my car to Bimmerworks simply due to the level of customer service delivered.

I’m very happy with my first and recent experience at Bimmerworks. I brought my 2015 650i in for transmission, front diff, rear diff and transfer case fluid changes as well as a state inspection. They gave me a report with pictures of things that needed attention, as well as a vibration they felt while test driving, and a rear directional tire mounted backwards. I was aware of the vibration but didn’t bother mentioning it because with my prior experience with bringing my vehicles in for service, any vibration I had mentioned was always replied with “we can’t feel any vibration” lol. So I was very pleased that they mentioned this and provided pictures of the rear diff mounts that were broken/worn as well as the rubber flex disc “Guibo” was worn in the rear. These repairs made my car so much more fun to drive and feels like a BMW should feel like on back road driving. Thank you so much!

While these mechanics don’t always have happy news to share about diagnosis and out of pocket expenses, they always promptly estimate repair costs and set realistic expectations of when repairs will be completed. We received news of our X5’s hospice needs which we gladly declined as her engine is failing her and the repairs are now more costly than she’s worth. It was a good 10 year run for this SUV. Bimmerworks really came through on my transmission service. My transmission was having problems such as erratic shifting, gear slipping, and transmission fault coming on every time I drive it. I wanted to take it somewhere where the technicians are specialized in german cars so i knew bimmerworks was the place to go. They did a thorough inspection of the transmission as well as any other problems that i might of had. They were able to determine that my trans pan had a crack in it and was really low on fluid. They replaced the pan, fluid, filter and even replaced the sealing sleeves and adapter seal while they were at it, all at a reasonable cost. Now my transmission runs smooth as ever and haven’t run into any of the issues that i was having before the service. I am extremely satisfied with the service i received and bimmerworks is now my go to shop for future service and repairs.

I had the rod bearings replaced on my M3. I picked them because of their experience doing this. They were courteous, knowledgeable, expert, and detailed. They finished the job on time and a little under expected costs. They also did a very complete inspection of the car with appropriate photos. Highly recommend.

I was able to find this place through Google and it has stellar reviews; gave them a call and they took care of me. The customer service was top notch and they are extremely efficient. The quality of work is also top tier and in my opinion better than the dealer. I’m glad I stumbled upon this place and will forever come here to get work done on my bmw! Found an ac part I needed for an older Audi I’d been searching out for quite a while. Woman on the phone took the time to ask me the questions required to locate the part and they had it in the next morning. These folks seem to know their stuff

When i dropped my 2012 335xi M sport 6mt off at bimmer works it was misfiring and had about 14 active codes. They went above and beyond to save me money and time on replacing all of my injectors and what could be 3000$+ later to properly diagnosing my car and replacing the one or two bad coil packs. They took less than three days to fix all the codes and replace a windshield seal that was corroded. They recommended everything else i needed done on my car and gave me an extremely detailed report on my entire car. Nothing but five stars. I’m more than happy with how my car runs and drives. STEVE was amazing with walking me through the entire process and putting more time and passion into my car than any other tech i have ever talked to on the phone and handle my cars business with me. Bimmer works highly recommended if you want your foreign car taken care of by the right people.

Been here couple times now with both of my cars. Took my BMW in this past week because i couldn’t trust the assessment the tire shop gave me (Had a flat tire from pothole, took my car to a tire shop near my house, had the tire replaced, told the tire shop to check and make sure the wheels are not bend and suspension was not damaged, was told it is all ok except the alignment, when i got the car back the tire was not balanced properly, had to go back 2nd time to get it balanced) Went to Bimmerworks, they gave me a no BS thorough once over (Like the tire shop was supposed to) Found out wheels were bend, but not enough to leak air or cause any real issues. Also added Oil change to the list. Steve has always been upfront and honest, will not try to sell you anything you do not need. Most of the folks in my mini car club goes here as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This trip to Bimmerworks was for fluid changes, brake pad replacement, and a check engine light. I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment conveniently and they completed all work expeditiously and at a fair price. I definitely recommend them for BMW work.

They were on time, young ladies at the desk were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved that the shop actually looked like a shop. Mechanics were friendly, allowed me to ask questions and were personable. I always like when a shop floor is exposed to the customer and you can see the work they are performing. Plus it’s always nice checking out all the other BMW’s on the lot to get some future performance ideas. I liked the products they were using for the services I had performed. It was my first time there. I’ll definitely go back.

Bimmerworks made maintenance on my 428i a breeze. They provided comprehensive details on the work they performed, as well as what will be coming up down the road. I left the shop not feeling as if I was taken advantage of, which is always a plus. The front desk was so courteous, and being dropped off to work after dropping my car off for a day of maintenance was icing on the cake. I’ll definitely be back.

We used Bimmerworks twice in the last in the last two weeks for two different cars. The AC system failed in my Mini and Bimmerworks evaluated and replaced the components that needed to be fixed/replaced. They were quick and did a good job communicating with me about the status of the repair. While my Mini was at the shop, my wife’s brake wear indicator was tripped. I was able to pick up my Mini and drop of her 3 series. As busy as they were, they were able to quickly evaluate and replace her brake pads. We just moved to West Chester and we will definitely return to Bimmerworks. They were quick, communicative, professional and leverage good payment/communication technology.

I hit a curb and started hearing a humming sound, I finally took the car to the dealer who quoted a ridiculous price to fix the issue. I then took it to Bimmerworks, which I should have done in the first place, and they not only fixed that problem but did a few other maintenance issues for less than the quote from the dealership for the one thing. My AC started running hot during the heat wave, I immediately took it back to Bimmerworks and now i’m freezing in my car, loving it. Steve knows his stuff and does the work necessary to fix the problem properly and saves you money where he can.

Bimmer’s has always been very reliable and trust worthy. Steve always finds time to explain to you exactly what’s going on with your car, different routes to fixing it, and even explaining what issues you may run into in the future. Even though I got rid of my BMW, I’m going to continue to use them for my next car.

Great experience as a first time customer. From the initial contact for scheduling, all the way through the evaluation and eventual mechanical work, the communications were excellent and proposed work came in slightly under estimated project costs. Great service at Bimmerworks! They make the inspection process very transparent and pricing is clearly broken down. Their service department is very thorough and I always know I’m in good hands when I come to them.

My son had a blowout and a bubble in another tire. Bimmerworks responded quickly found tires and got my son in there immediately to get him back on road. They made then process super easy and went out of their way so my son didnt have to.

After some research, I decided I wanted to bring my e46 M3 to Bimmerworks for a suspected right wheel bearing failing. I am a bit far away, and they were very nice to cover the costs of a rental car for me while my e46 was being worked on. Steve seems to run a very tight ship with professionalism all around. I always like when I’m kept in the loop when work is done on my car, and Bimmerworks gave a thorough email inspection report (with pics etc) with everything even remotely wrong with my car. Although I was just fixing the front wheel bearing, this is so helpful to have (especially with an old Bimmer!). Steve called me shortly after and explained everything in detail, while remaining realistic and honest with what was urgent/not so urgent. They repaired the wheel bearing in a timely manner, and while I wouldn’t say their services are cheap, they are competitive with any good Euro shop. The car has been driving very well since. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a professional crew to do quality work on your BMW or Euro car.

I was able to schedule one day ahead and the work was completed by mid day. They also provided a helpful set of recommendations for upcoming maintenance items. Steve recommended fuel induction system cleaning. I was a bit skeptical of the need for this but I had it done and it really improved performance.

Decided to use this company based on their good reviews and was not disappointed. Very knowledgeable in what they were doing and took the time to explain options and what needed to be done. Didn’t try to do anything unnecessary and also to follow up to make sure I was satisfied with their work afterwards. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

Bimmerworks is really the only option for servicing your BMW, as far as I’m concerned. We have both of our BMWs serviced here (328 and an X5). From an incredibly knowledgeable staff and owner, to interactive web based recommendations based on your car, Bimmerworks has it all. Don’t take your BMW anywhere else.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt that my recent experience with all of the staff at Bimmerworks definitely warrants it. I brought my 02 Mini Cooper JCW to Bimmerworks because I wanted to work with someone that knows the fine details of these cars. From the moment I had my car dropped off, I knew it was in good hands. Steve took the time to speak with me personally on several occasions to talk about my car (and life) and helped me make somewhat difficult decisions much easier to digest. I never felt pressured and was able to build a level of trust with him very quickly. Top notch company and I highly recommend.

I called about bringing in my 325i for a turn signal replacement, and Bimmerworks was able to repair it the next day. The service and price were great. The owner, techs, and front desk personnel are first rate.

Steve Snow has been great with communication. I have no problems with the work. I never have. He has taken care of my 335 and X5. I have no fear returning to him as needed. I like the software that he uses for communication and tracking what was done and what is recommended. Also, I am able to text him off hours and found him responsive.

Bimmerworks did a great job of fixing a long standing fog light assembly and replacing oil for my 2003 Z4. My family has used the locations many times this past year and I was eager to try them out. Not dissapointed!

I was having an engine shutter issue with my 328i N20 engine and found on forums that it could possibly be the ignition coils. After replacing those, I was still having the same issue and decided to bring my car into Bimmerworks. I would like to say that the lady who answers the phone has the sweetest voice and was super friendly and worked with me to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Once Steve looked at my car, he gave me a call and thoroughly explained what the issue was – a bent spark plug. My spark plugs were replaced a few months ago by the dealership and have been having the shuttering issue since all 4 were replaced. I am very thankful that Bimmerworks was able to diagnose the issue and I didn’t have to pay an absorbent amount of money. The pricing was actual under what I was expecting and probably a couple hundred below what the dealership would have charged. I will absolutely be bringing my car back to Bimmerworks for any future maintenance work and inspections. Thank you again for making me feel like I was actually a person and not just someone with bottomless pockets because I drive a nice car. Looking forward to chatting with you again, Steve!

Steve is a wonderful guy and was very professional through out the whole process. I got a post-purchase inspection on my audi and he let me know the exact shape the car was in and the future work that it needed to be done. A resident of an adjacent town to West Chester put me on Bimmerworks radar so I decided to give the shop a try. Steve was amazingly knowledgeable in all things BMW. We went for a test drive so he could experience the noise that was making me crazy. BTW, a noise that most owners may not have even heard. A couple of suggestions were made as to the origin of said noise and an appointment was set up for Bimmerworks to check it out. Now this would normally be a 5 star review because of the professionalism that I got at Bimmerworks, but unfortunately they were unable to pinpoint the noise and repair it, but rather than attempt a repair that would have been very expensive and not necessarily fix the problem I was advised that waiting to see if it got worse was my best option. As the owner of the car I wish it had been a simple, “This is broke, we can fix it”. As a consumer, I’m grateful to Bimmerworks for their level of honesty. We all have heard horrible stories about auto repair shops. This is not one. I got tremendous attention to my problem, expert advice on how to deal with it, and even thought the repair work could not be identified I’m confident that if the noise worsens Bimmerworks will be able to do the work at a fair price in a reasonable time frame. If your in the West Chester area, own a BMW, any make, model, or year, and are looking for repairs other than the dealer, go no where else.

Bimmerworks solved a transfer case problem in my 2011 BMW that the dealer wanted to charge me over $4,000 to repair. He gave the car a once over and found additional problems that he was able to have covered by the dealer under warranty which solved a major potential problem. Steve’s team does outstanding work for a fair price. His team saved me several thousand dollars.. Top notch repairs and excellent analysis of any problems with the vehicle. I intend to now take my Benz to Steve now that it is off of warranty. I highly recommend.

AWESOME!!!???? My first experience at Bimmerworks was PHENOMENAL!!! So, I brought my BMW 330xi, 6 speed manual transmission in to get a multi-vehicle inspection completed. Steve is the BEST!!! He’d taken his time with me and explained every nook and cranny on what needs immediate attention and we worked out a plan of action to get things completed. Steve is very friendly, trustworthy, informative, and offers reasonable pricing. His work speaks for itself. The staff too very welcoming and friendly. I work in the medical field and live in Newark, DE. Steve and his office team made sure I had a rental waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my BMW, so that I could get to work and back home. Bimmerworks could not have done a better job on my car. I went to previous shops before knowing about this shop and they could not figure out my the issues with my car. Heard an engine tap in my 2006 325xi in 2011. Local dealer said he would have to computer diagnose at unknown cost. My son found the TSB on the problem. Called Steve, who quoted the TSB, said to wait to see if tap got worse and not do anything yet. 8 years later, Steve is only mechanic I trust and tap is gone. Honesty and competence are the hallmarks of Bimmerworks.
